I am learning this as I go. Every day is another chance to make small, natural shifts that lead to better health and a calmer home. I am not perfect at it. I make mistakes. I get off track. I start again. What I have learned is that little changes, practiced consistently, add up over time.
A huge part of this journey has been influenced by my wife, Brandi. If she was not running an organic hair salon, she would probably be a nutritionist. She is the one who keeps our family steady and helps us stay centered on what matters most. She encourages curiosity, simple living, and paying attention to what we allow into our homes and our bodies.
The Healthy Home Network exists because I believe we grow stronger when we learn together. When we listen to others who are trying to live with intention. When we choose community instead of trying to figure everything out alone.
I am not here as an expert. I am here as someone on the same path. Someone who wants to build a life that feels rooted, healthy, and full of joy. If you are on that journey too, I am glad you are here.
